helpful staff clean room excellent shower clean jacuzzi
The staff were helpful. The room was clean (I appreciated the attention to detail). I found the shower pressure excellent. The pool and jacuzzi were also very clean and well maintained.
The rooms were a bit small. It was only a slight inconvenience.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were warm and super clean. Cleanliness in these areas was excellent. I saw staff regularly maintaining the pool area.

Breakfast was lovely, and there was no waiting. I noticed the breakfast buffet included a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The dining area looked well-organized.

The staff went out of their way to ensure my needs were met (I asked for extra pillows). They responded quickly to my requests. Everyone was polite.

small room unappealing view
I was somewhat disappointed with my room. It seemed more like a single room fitted with twin beds. There was so little space between the beds. I had to shuffle around to get in and out (which was annoying, to be honest). the view overlooked rooftops and houses, which wasn't great.

a decent stay
friendly staff efficient staff good food thin wall kettle sound pillow level
i stayed at the hotel for a few nights recently. the staff were friendly and efficient. the food was good and the room was sufficient for my needs. the shower was unexpectedly powerful!!!
the walls are thin. i could hear the next room plugging in their kettle and boiling it through the wall. i could hear coughing and the murmur of their voices. i think the plug and kettle were on a shelf level with the pillows of my bed. i was awoken by it.

clean bed breakfast service great location
The location provided convenient access to the northern edge of the park. It was very close to the beach. The swimming pool was a real bonus!!! I also found the prompt breakfast service very convenient and efficient. The bed was very comfy and tidy.
There was no lift.
